This is a bech house with a perfectly designed dining and entertainment areas, with a private swimming pool and the ocean just a few steps away. Its living room has sliding doors that open an entire wall to the sea, and a round, semicircular couch with seating for 12 that provides a great space for socializing without anyone sacrificing the view.

The grand palapa room also includes a formal dining table that seats 12. There's also a Surf Bar which is complemented by a mirrored cantina, perfect for mixing poolside drinks or hosting a cocktail party.

A roof top deck provides the best and most private place to watch the sunset, sunbathe or stargaze, with 360 degree unobstructed views of the ocean to the east, and the jungles of the Zona Archeologica to the west.

When traveling to Tulum you need to go thru the Cancun Airport which is about 1:30 hrs from the city of Tulum part of the Riviera Maya.

Tulum might be a little further away from the Cancun Airport than other cities, but is totally worth it. Tulum has some of the most amazing beaches in the Riviera Maya and it has of course the Tulum Ruins you can visit.

This home is designed to be the ultimate relaxation space with plenty of room for everyone in your group and private secure parking.
The house is 180 square meters (1900 square feet).

Outdoor space includes sun loungers with cushions, a shaded patio with comfortable seating for everyone, and a traditional South American BBQ. The pool is deep enough to be refreshing, with a shallow section perfect for lounging or for the kids to play.

Indoors the living room features a sectional couch, with Sky TV & Wifi/Netflix enabled SmartTV. A Bose sound system is available to hook up to your phone to play your own music. The custom wood dining table includes seating for 8. The Chefs kitchen with quartz counter top and custom wood island, is fully stocked with all pots, plans and cooking utensils. Appliances include a full size gas oven/stove, French door refrigerator/freezer and microwave, blender, coffee maker and kettle.

Hotel Casa Mandala Tulum.

Located on the most beach side of the Tankah Bay, Casa Mandala is the perfect combination of elegance and Zen style. Entering the front door you can see the bluish green of the Caribbean Sea. The beach is wide, sandy and has a variety of shady areas to sit and relax. After a day of sun worship, you can go to the second floor for more rest and relaxation. There are more rooms, both with 2 queen beds. One overlooks the pool and the other overlooks the jungle. Special members or guests of honor of the family could choose the main room with a king size bed and private terrace with 180 degree view of the beach and Tankah Bay.
