The bar is outdoors, there is a nice breeze and you can see everything come and go while you have a good drink. The drinks in the Congo Bar are of good quality and the prices are lower than normal. There really isn't a dance floor, but that doesn't stop anyone from taking a few good steps and enjoying the party. You can see ago-go dancers, shots girls and a lot of balloons and confetti
